• Our offices in Tirol (Volders) and Sweden (Eskilstuna) form the core of our pan‑European network. With more than 220 employees and 180 trucks, we complete around 39,500 transports per year — from standard freight to complex special cargo.

Your tasks:

• You coordinate the daily warehouse and transport operations at our Eskilstuna site.
• You ensure smooth processes for goods receipt, transshipment, dispatch and transport planning.
• You are hands‑on and lead logistical processes in day‑to‑day business.
• You maintain customer relations, identify business opportunities and develop solutions for clients.
• You work closely with administrative colleagues to align and implement processes effectively.

Your profile:

• Experience in logistics or transport, and enthusiasm for practical work in warehouse and transport.
• Flexibility, service‑orientation, hands‑on mentality and strong communication skills.
• Structured, precise, independent and reliable way of working.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written); German is a plus.
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one).

Our transport managers pull the strings in the background to ensure that everything runs like clockwork on the road and in cooperation with our customers. This starts with the preparation of quotations, continues with the organisation, management and control of transport processes and the cost-optimised utilisation of journeys and extends to ensuring that every order is completed on time.

Transport Manager Assistant

Our transport manager assistants work hand in hand with their transport managers/supervisors. They support them in coordinating the lorry fleet, keep their backs free and get to know all the tasks of this position so that they may soon be able to take the next step in their career as a transport manager themselves.
